What are the precautions after acupuncture?

1. Do not eat immediately after acupuncture.
2. Do not do strenuous exercise, such as playing ball, swimming, etc.; rest for about an hour before doing other activities.
3. Do not touch the needle site with water within two hours after acupuncture; keep it clean.
